Dog-friendly Y Wylan is a delightful mid-terrace stone barn conversion. It is one of six holiday properties on the owners’ working livestock farm, close to Holyhead on Anglesey, and thanks to the location, the views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking.
Up to five well-behaved dogs are welcome. The first two dogs are free of charge, with additional dogs welcome at a charge of £20 each per week. There is off-road parking for three cars.
The interior of this one-bedroom cottage is furnished and decorated to a very high standard, while exposed beams remind guests of the building’s past. The oil central heating ensures guests are comfortable whatever the weather. Fuel and power are included in the rent.
The open-plan living space comprises kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is plenty to occupy you while relaxing after exploring the area: television with Freeview, a DVD player, and a selection of games and DVDs.
The kitchen houses an oven and hob, while there is a freezer and washing machine in the utility area shared with the other cottages.
The double bedroom is comfy and bright with exposed beams. It has an ensuite shower room with shower, basin, WC and a large heated towel rail. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Your dogs will enjoy the enclosed garden with lawn, and you can relax on the patio, where furniture is provided.
