Hadcroft Cottage is a dog-friendly country cottage in the beautiful Cotswolds, a perfect retreat for dog owners looking for peace and quiet in the English countryside.
There is off-road parking available, and a good-sized garden for your pets to get plenty of exercise and enjoy the holiday too.
If you’re into fishing, this is also the place for you. As long as you have an Environment Agency Rod Licence, there are three lakes to relax by and indulge in your hobby.
Inside
The interior of the cottage boasts the décor you would expect in a traditional English cottage. There are exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace with open fire, and homely touches around to remind guests of the cottage’s history. Central heating makes the cottage warm and inviting in any season.
The living space is divided into a kitchen and dining area, which seats six, and leads through to the cosy lounge with open fire.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. If you need a washing machine, this is available on request.
The lounge is everything you would expect from an English country cottage, from the oak beams and exposed stone walls to the inglenook fireplace and pictures, and other decorative pieces adorning the walls. However, it also benefits from modern comforts such as an HD Freeview TV and DVD player.
There are two bedrooms: a super-king double and a king double, both of which can be twin rooms on request. The bedrooms are in the eaves and just as cosy and traditional as the rest of the cottage. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and WC.
Free WiFi is available for guest use.
Outside
The enclosed garden has seating and a summerhouse. It has beautiful views of the woods, and is overlooked by a dovecote that is occupied.

Location and surrounding area
A pub and shop are just three miles away. Well-known idyllic Cotswolds villages are nearby, including Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Moreton-in-Marsh.
Stratford is a short drive away, as are local National Trust houses such as Hidcote, Kiftsgate and Bourton House.
