Lowbrook House is a very spacious two-bedroom property, nestling in a five-acre plot of beautiful garden. It is accessed via a country lane between the small villages of Dickleburgh (just one mile away) and Pulham Market.

Three well-behaved pets are welcome, and dogs will delight in running around the owner’s extended gardens.

Secure off-road parking is available for one car. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at this property.

Please note that this property welcomes adults only, no children.

Inside

The interior is decorated to a very high standard, with wooden beams and tiled flooring downstairs, and comfortable carpet in the upstairs bedroom.

The spacious, south-facing living room is a perfect place to relax whatever the weather, with its wood burning stove, television with FreeSat and DVD player. WiFi is also freely available to guests.

The large kitchen/diner is well-equipped, comprising a Rayburn oil range oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate dining area provided.

The generously sized double bedroom is upstairs in the eaves. From the balcony, guests can enjoy attractive views over the cottage garden, the larger grounds and beyond.

Outside

Patio doors open onto a private terrace and garden area, which is sunny for much of the day, depending on the weather

Dog owners can rest assured that it is safe for dogs to run around, as the surrounding gardens are enclosed within a pet-secure fence. Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds.

Location and surrounding area

The cottage is between the villages of Dickleburgh, with its Norman church and local shop, and Pulham market, which has a pub and village green.

Close by is also the beautiful market town of Diss, boasting 16th century timber-framed buildings.

You can easily access other interesting places from this location, such as Redgrave and Lopham Fen Nature Reserve, and Bressingham Steam Museum.

The Suffolk Coast is also not too far away, with its wetlands, pebble beaches and historic towns and villages.
