Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a small additional charge per dog, and there is onsite parking available. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at the property.

Inside

The cottage interior is furnished to a high quality, with a quaint country feel. Enjoy features such as exposed beams, leaded windows and an old oak staircase.

The cosy lounge with beams and wood-burning stove is the perfect place to spend a night in with friends or family, and has plenty to keep you occupied, including a TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a Playstation 2.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with oil AGA, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin, with a bathroom on the ground floor and another WC upstairs. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, as well as a babysitting service.

Free WiFi is available for guest use.

We spent hours both relaxing inside and walking through the grounds with the dogs and came away feeling totally at ease with the world.

The cottage enjoys its own private patio with seating area and barbecue. After a day exploring the area with your dogs, chill out here with views over Long Cover ancient woodland.

In the surrounding shared gardens, there is a cosy bothy where you can escape and relax with a cup of tea in front of the wood burner.

There are seven acres of shared ground to enjoy, including paddocks, woods, a large lake and swings. Please supervise children at all times.
