Cottage Details

The Old Stable is one of three dog-friendly Pembrokeshire cottages sharing a courtyard with the owner’s property. It is semi-detached with beamed ceilings and a wood burner, a perfect country retreat.

2 well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is off-road parking for one car.

Inside

The interior of this delightful one-bedroom cottage combines a rustic feel with a modern twist. The oil central heating and wood burner ensure it is warm at any time of year. Fuel and power are included in the rent.

It is a studio layout, with a cosy sitting area where guests can curl up with a book in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has all the essentials you will need: oven, microwave and fridge, and guests also have shared use of a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate laundry room.

There is a dining table where you can enjoy breakfast before setting off on a day of exploring, or where you can have dinner before relaxing for the evening.

The double bed is partially screened off to give some privacy and provide a cosy night-time area. There is also a spacious shower room with shower, basin and WC. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside

The cottage has its own private patio with furniture, and guests have shared use of a large lawned area with a barbecue, picnic area, swings and outdoor games.

There is also shared use of secure storage for cycles and surfboards, with a place to hang wetsuits.

Please note that dogs need to be kept on a lead within the cottage grounds.

The cottage was situated in a courtyard with a good size garden at the end, ideal for active children and dogs.
