If you’re looking for more of a green-aesthetic than a seaside one, this county offers it all. Dartmoor National Park is 954 square kilometres of pure natural bliss, with walking routes and guided tours available for most of the year. Some noteworthy, picture-perfect spots are Becky Falls, an ancient valley containing a woodland park, and Foggintor Quarry, a historical landmark with vast views of the hilly countryside.
