Town Mill is a dog-friendly Cotswold cottage in the Wyre Forest. Surrounded by woodland, this four-bed cottage is the perfect peaceful retreat for dog owners with large families, or holidaying with friends.
Welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs, the property also offers ample off-road parking.
Inside
Arranged over three floors, the interior is furnished and decorated to an exceptional standard, seamlessly merging historic features with the comforts of modern life.
The sitting room boasts a wood burner in an inglenook fireplace, along with a television and lots of comfy seating options.
The separate dining room has plenty of seating space, and the modern, fitted kitchen is well-equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On both the first and second floors, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a super king-size bed (that can be made into twins on request), and one with an additional single bed. The family rooms on each floor also have an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. There is also a sumptuous family bathroom on the first floor, matching the immaculate presentation of the other bathrooms. Linen and towels are included in the rent.
There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor, with basin and WC.
Free WiFi is available for guest use.
Outside
There is a large outdoor private space with the property. It is suitable for dogs as the side and rear lawns are enclosed, and their owners can relax on the rear patio after a day of exploring. Families with young children should be advised of an unfenced brook running through the property. There are also 6.5 acres of grass and woodland accessed via a gate, where deer roam along with rare wildlife.

Location and surrounding area
A shop and a pub are just 1.5 miles from the cottage. The market town of Bewdley is close by, on the banks of the River Severn. Bewdley has a great range of shops, pubs, restaurants and antiques galleries.
The nearby medieval Wyre Forest has numerous walks and cycle trails. Also in the area are the Severn Valley Steam Railways, West Midlands Safari Park and many National Trust properties. Time your visit just right and you will experience one of the riverside festivals, regattas, open air concerts and family activities.
