Inside

The interior of the cottage boasts a blend of traditional and modern features. With electric storage heaters and a wood burner, it is warm and cosy in any season. Fuel, power and starter pack for the wood burner are included in the rent.

The comfortable sitting room has traditional touches in keeping with the history of the cottage, and guests can relax below exposed beams in front of the wood burner set into an inglenook fireplace. The small fitted kitchen is well-equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

There is one king-size bedroom with fantastic views across the garden and countryside. The modern, spacious bathroom is the perfect place to pamper yourself, with its free-standing bath set on claw feet, nestled on a raised area, and separate shower, basin and WC. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside

Guests and their dogs can relax in the large, enclosed shared garden with furniture. Please be advised that the garden has an unfenced drop.

The views are breathtaking, the local area is fantastic for walking (particularly with our dogs who loved the beaches) and the cottage itself is cosy and warm when we returned…
