Dog-friendly Trewethern Barn is a converted farm building, just a mile from St Kew, the first recorded village in Cornwall.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at the property.
The well-decorated interior is charming with a country feel. Guests will be warm whatever the time of year, thanks to the electric panel heaters, night storage heating and wood-burning stove. Fuel and power are included in the rent.
The large open-plan living space comprises kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The comfy seating around the wood burner is the perfect place to relax after an evening meal.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.
There are three bedrooms: a king-size double with French windows to the garden, a family room with double and single beds, and a single room. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a basin and WC. There is also a WC downstairs. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
The large enclosed garden stretches to the front and sides of the property, and is mostly lawned, with furniture. An ideal spot to reflect on your day of exploring the area with the dogs.
