West Grove Barn Beech is a beautifully converted and spacious stone barn. One of four conversions, situated on the edge of Hundleton, a small village by the Cleddau Estuary and just a short distance from the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It features eco-credentials with the heating provided by heat pumps.

After a day’s exploration, the property is the perfect retreat that offers the delights of a traditional Welsh stone barn sympathetically renovated with all the modern facilities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Dogs are welcome for a small additional charge to a maximum of five pets.

Inside

West Grove Barn Beech has been superbly converted, keeping some of the original old beam features with a fresh modernistic feel. 

On entering, you will find that the property is spacious, offering plenty of room for you and your doggy friends. 

The lounge is light and airy with comfortable seating for the whole family with a TV, DVD player and an electric fireplace for that more cosy feel. You will find the contemporary kitchen diner has all the space you need to prepare that special meal if you decide to stay in for the night. Here you will find it well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave for a quicker option.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC and hand basin.

Upstairs leads to two further bedrooms, one double with a TV and one twin, there is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside

West Grove Barn Beeches offers an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture for those pleasant afternoons. Safe in knowing that your dogs are safe, leaving you to enjoy the countryside views. A large communal lawned area is to the front with far-reaching views over the estuary. There is also plenty of parking.

Location and surrounding area

The Pembrokeshire National Coast Park boasts spectacular views, stunning beaches and a rugged coastline. With the coast path, 186 miles in length, it is a magnificent area to explore for you and your four-legged friends. Or if you would like a picturesque town, the region will not disappoint. Tenby and Saundersfoot are just a short drive away, where you can explore the local amenities with pubs and restaurants located on the quaint streets. Tenby’s fishing heritage also dates back to the 14th century.

Pembrokeshire is one of Wales’ jewels in the crown, perfect for nature lovers. Both your family and canine friends will find an abundance of walks and be able to enjoy the quiet rural life.
