Cottage Details
Dog-friendly Lower Easton Farmhouse is a Grade II listed farmhouse in the rural hamlet of Easton and sleeps up to ten people.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is off-road parking for four cars (two on driveway, two on grass at front of property). Sorry, no smoking is allowed at the property.
Inside
The interior has been decorated to a very high standard throughout and there is plenty of space for large groups to spread out. The oak-beamed living room has a wood burner set into an inglenook fireplace and large Smart TV with Sky+ HD package. There is also a separate snug leading off this room for extra privacy and peace.
The light, spacious dining room seats ten and has its own fireplace.
The kitchen is well-equipped, including a four-oven AGA, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a full-size freezer and small fridge.
There are five bedrooms: a large en-suite master bedroom with super-king-size bed and country views; a super-king-size double room with feature fireplace; two king-size doubles and a twin room built into the roof space. Please be advised that the twin room has restricted headspace due to low beams. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the floor above. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
With underfloor heating downstairs, and radiators upstairs, this property is comfortable and warm whatever the weather or season.
Free WiFi is available for guest use.
Outside
Elegant sliding doors lead out to a sun terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and table tennis table. There is also a lawn, perfect for your dogs to explore safely.
