Located in the South Devon town of Tiverton, it is a wonderful place from which to explore all that this lovely part of the world has to offer. Just over half a mile from a pub and a shop, you are within easy reach of the town itself.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Spacious off-road parking is available.

Inside

After you have admired the architecture of this handsome detached property from outside, enter to find a spacious hallway. Throughout the house you will find traditional features and decoration sympathetic to the period.  Because of the location of the house, there are views of the surrounding greenery and the countryside and town beyond from virtually every room.

With a selection of reception rooms to choose from, including a music room with two pianos, the hard decision will be on where to spend most of your time! The formal sitting room has comfortable sofas, armchairs and an open fire. There is also a Smart TV here. On top of these two lovely rooms, there is also a secluded snug, perfect for reading and spending quite time, but with access to a second TV too.

The traditional country-style kitchen is spacious and bright, and accommodates a breakfast table and chairs. With its range cooker, and traditional tiled floor, it is a lovely space. For a modern finish, though, there is also a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. And with an additional utility space you also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

For evenings where you want to gather your party together and enjoy a home cooked meal, the final choice of reception rooms is the formal dining room. With a grand table and chairs accommodating ten people, this room is perfect for a sociable get together.

To complete the ground floor accommodation, there is also a cloakroom with toilet and basin.

On the first floor you will find five bedrooms. One has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and basin. The second is a spacious room with a king-sized bed and it even has its own dining table! Bedroom three is a further double room, whilst the last two rooms are twins. Every room has a lovely view of the gardens and the surrounding area.

Finally you will also find a large family bathroom with bath with hand-held shower, separate walk-in shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

A selection of books and games are available for you to choose from.

There is also a sound system at the property.

A highchair and cot are available on request.

Access to WiFi is available.

This property is no smoking.

Outside

The surrounding gardens at the Old Vicarage offer an enchanting place for children to play. With plenty of lawn for your dog to enjoy too, it is a delightful place in which to spend time. There is a terrace area with seating, perfect for dining outdoors in the summer months, and there are outdoor games provided for the children to enjoy.
