Dog-friendly Holly Barn is situated on a small farm complex with five other holiday properties. Surrounded by rolling countryside and at the end of a leafy lane, it is an ideal getaway for dog owners.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at £15 each per week, and there is off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at the property.
Inside
The accommodation is all on the ground floor, and the interior is decorated to a high standard with a country feel. With an electric storage heater and an electric fire, guests will be comfortable whatever the weather. Fuel and power are included in the rent.
The open-plan living space comprises a sitting room with plenty of comfy sofas, a bright dining area next to the patio doors, and a kitchen.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with microwave, gas hob and oven, and fridge. There are also shared coin-operated laundry facilities.
There are three bedrooms: a king-size double, a twin and a single. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC. There is also a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Free WiFi is available for guest use.
Outside
There is a large shared outdoor space, including lawned gardens, picnic benches and swings.

Location and surrounding area
The property is on the edge of the village of Goonhavern, just under three miles from popular Perranporth. The nearest shop and pub are just a mile away.
Country walks are accessible from the doorstep, and there are many gorgeous beaches in the area, just waiting to be discovered.
Also within easy reach are the Eden Project, Camel Creek Adventure Park and Newquay Zoo. The city of Truro is just 10 miles away, with a great choice of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Further afield are the impressive sandy beaches of Crantock and Holywell Bay, as well as St Agnes with its breath-taking coastal walks.
